Explorers

$5,000 for individual, $7,500 for dual annually

Explorers are global citizens with a deep interest in the visual culture of Asia.  Their affiliation with M+ AFF includes invitations to programs inspired by the collections and exhibitions at M+ in the visual arts, design, architecture, and moving image/new media. 

  • Acknowledgement on the M+ Donor Wall, M+ American Friends Foundation website, and in M+ Annual Review and other communications
  • Invitations to M+ AFF patron gatherings in New York and Los Angeles.
  • Invitations to M+ AFF special events with visiting curators or artists

Champions

$10,000 for individual, $15,000 for dual annually

M+ AFF Champions are prominent collectors, art patrons, and philanthropists interested in providing leadership support, including Foundation funding for exhibitions, acquisitions, and educational programs.  As benefactors of the M+ vision, members of this group are appreciated as a vital resource and are invited to build upon this relationship with M+ and M+ AFF through invitations to select programs.

  • Inclusive of all Explorers level benefits
  • Invitation to join M+ Patrons Travelling Programmes, including  behind-the scenes day trips and gatherings to visit art foundations, galleries, artist studios, or private collections

Visionaries

By-invitation to professionals of visual culture

A new kind of museum aiming to broaden perspective and expand audiences invites conversations with the next generation of leaders and innovative thinkers who can nurture a network of professionals to support M+ in the varied contemporary fields of visual culture.  The Visionaries provide convergences  for such trailblazers to engage with M+ AFF.
